The Feldenkrais Method® is a way of learning — learning to move with greater ease and freedom, to carry less stress in your body, to find more comfortable ways to move through your daily activities. It is learning through, and with, your body.

In Awareness Through Movement® classes the teacher guides you through a sequence of gentle movements. Mindful repetition of these movements helps you to discover how to move more comfortably and efficiently. The process of learning builds your awareness of how you move while you’re moving, what patterns of movement create unnecessary stress, and how it’s possible to discover new options that feel better and work better.

Students often experience immediate improvements in posture, a sense of lightness in their movement, and reduction of chronic pain. Everyone can benefit. The learning experience is engaging, relaxing, and fun. Join us!
