Wellness Services
Focusing on spirit, mind and body wellness - our programs offer aging-affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ older adults.
Spirit, mind & body
Openhouse’s Community Wellness and Services programs include staff and peer-led support groups, mind-body activities and health education seminars. Our activities and seminars support learning skills and information to improve your health while our support groups provide a safe and compassionate space for you to share life’s challenges.
Openhouse also provides on site case management to our residents and Case Management Services for the broader community through a partnership with the San Francisco Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS).
Case management offers support to help maintain wellness in your home through service coordination and advocacy.
